Information We Collect

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication credentials used to create and secure your account.
• Clinical content. Notes and documentation you create within the service. Clinical work is associated only with pseudonymous client references; we do not store patient names or direct identifiers.
• Audio. Audio captured during a session is processed transiently and deleted within five minutes of capture. We do not retain raw audio.
• Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser and device information, and diagnostic events used to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use protected health information for advertising.

Data Retention

Audio is deleted within five minutes of capture. Account and clinical content are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
